Method
- In a small sauce pan, combine the almond milk and condensed oat milk and bring the heat to medium.
- Once it's bubbling around the edge, turn off the heat and add the Earl Grey tea bags to the sauce pan with tags hanging outside the sauce pan. Let the tea bags steep for about 5 minutes or until the color turns milk tea brown. (Use a spoon to press on the tea bags against the side of the sauce pan on and off to speed up the color-changing process.)
- After the color turns milk tea brown, discard the tea bags. Add the agar agar powder and whisk until mixed in thoroughly. Bring to a boil over medium heat and then remove off heat immediately. Whisk again until well blended.
- Pour the mixture evenly into smalls cups, ramekins, or fun food molds.
- Refrigerate for about 3 hours or until set. Enjoy!
